How do I connect a dvd player and Wii to the same TV?
It seems i only have one allowable video/audio input on my TV…. I tried plugging the dvd player into the Tv and the Wii into the dvd player- it worked for a second, then the screen lost its color and sound. My husband says this wont work because the dvd player cannot reroute anything back, which is why the Wii wont work like that. Is there a way to hook things up without having to buy additional inputs?
Just buy an A/V switch box for your TV. You can get them at places like Target, Radio Shack, or Wal-mart. You plug the switch box’s outputs to your TV. Then plug the Wii and DVD player into its inputs. Then you just have to push a button to change from your Wii to your DVD player.
